OLIS Trading incorporated in Cairo as an importer and distributor of para-pharmaceuticals.
2010
Future Line FZC formed in the UAE to expand into the GCC market.
2013
OLIS Holding formed as a partner-led group with a diversified growth strategy.
2015
Tandem Training Consultancy acquired in the UAE; the group enters the training industry.
2016
Merger with Edutainment Qatar extends training operations to Qatar.
2019
Soltodo Learning Solutions formed as a spin-off of the training operations.
2025
Coffee & Cream, an Egyptian e-commerce retailer, joins the group.
